Mignon is a registered psychologist with a passion for empowering people to live their best life. Mignon has a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology and has gained experience working with people of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings including; palliative care, disability, mental health carer services and private practice.

Mignon understands life at the best of times, can be challenging. She has a special interest in supporting clients through some of life’s major transitions, including; starting a family, raising children, caring for a loved one with disability or mental illness, preparing for end of life and coping with grief and loss.

Mignon provides a safe and empathetic space for therapy and is dedicated to helping clients determine what values and goals are most meaningful to them as unique individuals. She employs a variety of evidence-based interventions and collaborates with her clients to work towards their goals and an improved sense of wellbeing.
