Ariadne is a Counselling Psychologist with a special interest in the area of adult neurodiversity. She offers assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adults who have or suspect they have ADHD and or ASD.
Ariadne also specialises in helping people recover from narcissistic and emotional abuse.
With over 25 years’ experience, Ariadne is engaging and practical, she provides individual therapy to people experiencing difficulties due to depression, anxiety, panic disorders, trauma, burn out, workplace stress, relationship problems, life transitions and the demands of parenting.
