Sarah is a psychologist who works with individuals across the lifespan. Sarah has experience conducting assessments and provides both individual and group psychotherapy for a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief and loss, motivation, stress, sleeping difficulties, and self harming behaviours.
Using evidence based treatments, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Sarah’s aim is to encourage a holistic approach to health and well-being with a focus on the psychological, emotional, physical, and environmental factors influencing behaviour.
Sarah has a personal interest in performance psychology, working with athletes, performers, parents, coaches and teams to help them realise their potential. Sarah has experience working with athletes from developmental to elite levels, both nationally and internationally.
Sarah is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
