Jac is a Psychologist who works with individuals across the lifespan, including adults, adolescents, and children. He has experience supporting clients with a wide range of mental health presentations, including anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, depression, trauma, interpersonal challenges, and emotional dysregulation.
Jac has worked across community, youth, and NDIS settings, which has shaped a thoughtful and flexible approach to therapy. He draws on evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and works collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies that align with their values and goals.
