Sarah is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who has worked alongside and spoken with young people, adults & families for over 20 years.

She has provided therapy in both public and private mental health settings and has a keen interest in assisting people to uncover their own ideas, insights and individual way of living in the world.

Sarah focuses on understanding people's stories and identifying patterns that may be causing pain, suffering and disconnection, believing the relationship between therapist and client can be a great promoter of personal change and development.

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker Sarah is eligible for rebates under the Medicare Better Access Scheme with a referral from your GP. Sarah is also able to see plan and self managed NDIS persons.
