Patricia holds formal qualifications in exercise and sport science, and psychology, recently completing her Masters of Professional Psychology at La Trobe University.

Patricia has worked in the health industry for over 20 years, holding roles in the corporate and not for profit sectors in mental health, workplace health, alcohol and other drugs and the fitness industry.

Patricia is a published co-author in the area of Veteran mental health, working to enhance the capacity of the Australian health care workforce.

Patricia provides evidence based approaches to treatment, favouring Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) treatment modalities.

Patricia is available for appointments Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.
