Making an Appointment

To make an appointment, you can call us or send us an email. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in scheduling a convenient time for your appointment. We offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your schedule.

Insurance and Payment

We accept a wide range of insurance plans and will work with you to help you understand your coverage. We also offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash, check or credit card.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment
