Cancellation Policy
We know life can get busy, and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. If you need to change your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.
- More than 48 hours notice: no fee will apply
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the fee will apply
- Fail to give notice or no show: full fee will apply
These fees apply across all appointment types, and unfortunately, Medicare rebates can’t be used for missed or cancelled sessions. If we can fill your appointment time, no fee will apply.
We understand genuine emergencies happen — in rare cases like this, fees may be waived. You can reschedule by phone, email, or through our contact form.
