Anna provides counselling and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), specialising in couple and family therapy. A mental health social worker with masters degrees in social work and in clinical family therapy, Anna feels privileged to support people to navigate the different challenges that they may face, strengthening their relationships and prioritising mental health.

Anna has further training in the Gottman Method of Relationship Counselling, EMDR, internal family systems, trauma and attachment. Anna supports people of all ages, genders and different cultural backgrounds to reach their goals related to:
