Hi my name is Julia Gutbrod and my interest in helping and supporting others has led me to train and work in the field of counselling and psychotherapy for over 15 years. As a therapist I know how important it is to get support for ourselves and attend to our own wellbeing. When we are able to focus on taking care of our own emotional well-being we can build stronger and more fulfilling relationships with ourselves and the people around us.
I provide therapy to help navigate the stressors and challenges people face in their lives and reconnect individuals with their own strength, wisdom and abilities.
As a person I value connection with others, caring for animals and living a balanced life. When I don't have my therapist hat on I enjoy the outdoors, drinking chai and spending time with friends and family.
